摘要
目的探讨在重症急性胰腺炎患者的治疗工作中,予以经胃管早期肠内营养治疗的积极性。方法以2021年7月—2022年9月为该研究病例择取时段,将本院54例重症急性胰腺炎患者的资料以回顾性方式抽取,依据治疗方案差异分组,对照组纳入病例27例给予鼻空肠管营养支持(NJEN),观察组纳入病例27例实施经胃管早期肠内营养(NGEN)。结果①与对照组并发症发生率比较,观察组患者置管时间短且置管费用和并发症发生率以较低数值呈现(P<0.05)。②和对照组患者临床症状用时比较,观察组患者腹痛缓解、肠内营养持续等时间更短(P<0.05)。③治疗后,和对照组患者相比,观察组患者营养状况改善更为显著、炎症因子各指标数值明显偏低(P<0.05)。结论在重症急性胰腺炎的治疗工作中,与NJEN方案相比,NGEN工作的顺利开展具有显著效果,可降低机体炎症因子水平、改善营养状况并提升预后质量。
Objective To explore enthusiasm of early enteral nutrition therapy through gastric tube in treatment of severe acute pancreatitis patients.Methods The paper chose and reviewed data of 54 patients with severe acute pancreatitis in our hospital from July 2021 to September 2022,and divided them into groups based on"difference in treatment plans".27 cases in control group were treated with nasal jejunal nutrition support(NJEN),while 27 cases in observation group with early enteral nutrition through gastric tubes(NGEN).Results①Incidence of complications in control group was 29.62%,catheterization time,and catheterization cost and complication incidence in observation group was lower(P<0.05).②Observation group had shorter relief time of abdominal pain and continuous enteral nutrition than control group(P<0.05).③After treatment,observation group had more significant improvement in nutritional status and significantly lower values of inflammatory factors than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion During treatment of severe acute pancreatitis,NGEN can achieve significant effect than NJEN schem,the former can reduce level of inflammatory factors in the body,improve nutritional status and quality of prognosis.
