摘要
目的探讨用药早期联合疏肝培土法在肠易激综合征中的治疗结果。方法将2022年1月—2023年1月本院接诊的肠易激综合征患者纳入研究,按照数字表法,将上述80例患者分为对照组和实验组。对照组(40例)患者采取用药早期治疗,实验组(40例)患者采取疏肝培土法+用药早期治疗,对比两组治疗结果。结果实验组患者有效率较对照组更高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者症状评分和负面情绪评分之间无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,分数均下降,实验组患者优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论用药早期联合疏肝培土法在肠易激综合征中疗效确切,对改善患者临床症状和负面情绪有重要意义。
Objective To explore curative effect of early medication combined with soothing liver and reinforcing spleen method for irritable bowel syndrome.Methods The paper chose 80 patients with irritable bowel syndrome admitted to our hospital between January 2022 and January 2023,divided them into control group and experimental group according to digital table method.40 cases in control group were treated with medication at early stage,while 40 cases in experimental group with liver soothing and reinforcing spleen therapy combined with early stage medication.Curative effect between two groups was was compared.Results Curative effect of experimental group was higher than control group(P<0.05),difference was statistically significant.Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference for symptom scores and negative emotion scores between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,scores decreased,those of experimental group were better than control group(P<0.05),with statistically significant difference.Conclusion Early medication combined with liver soothing and reinforcing spleen therapy can achieve definite curaitive effect for irritable bowel syndrome,which has great significance in improving clinical symptoms and negative emotions of patients.
