摘要
目的分析急性缺血性脑卒中患者凝血功能与神经功能缺损的相关性。方法将2022年4月1日—2022年11月30日在本院神经内科住院的急性缺血性脑卒中未进行溶栓治疗的60例患者作为实验组,同时选取同期排除缺血性脑卒中的神经科其他住院患者40例作为对照组。对所有患者均进行凝血功能指标的检测,对比实验组与对照组的差异;并将实验组按照脑卒中程度分成轻度卒中组与中重度卒中组,对比不同脑卒中程度患者的凝血指标,并将其凝血功能指标与神经功能缺损进行相关性分析。结果实验组FIB、DD、PLT水平高于对照组,而PT、APTT、TT水平低于对照组(P<0.05),两组PDW、MPV水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);NIHSS评分可将实验组患者分为轻度卒中组48例,中重度卒中组12例。轻度卒中组的PT、APTT、TT、PDW、MPV、PLT与中重度卒中组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);轻度卒中组的FIB、DD低于中重度卒中组(P<0.05);神经缺损程度与FIB、DD呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论急性缺血性脑卒中患者凝血功能指标FIB、DD与神经功能缺损具有一定的相关性。
Objective To analyze correlation between coagulation function and neurological deficits of patients with acute ischemic stroke.Methods The paper chose 60 patients with acute ischemic stroke hospitalized in neurology department of our hospital from April 1,2022 to November 30,2022 as experimental group,with no thrombolysis treatment,while chose 40 other neurology inpatients excluded from ischemic stroke during the same period as control group.All patients were tested for coagulation function indicators,difference between experimental group and control group was compared.Experimental group was divided into mild stroke group and moderate to severe stroke group according to degree of stroke.Coagulation indicators of patients with different degrees of stroke were compared,and correlation between coagulation function indicators and neurological function defects was analyzed.Results Levels of FIB,DD,and PLT in experimental group were higher than control group,while PT,APTT,and TT were lower than control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in PDW and MPV levels between two groups(P>0.05).Based on NIHSS scores,experimental group of patients could be divided into mild stroke group of 48 cases and moderate to severe stroke group of 12 cases.There was no statistically significant difference in PT,APTT,TT,PDW,MPV,PLT between mild stroke group and moderate to severe stroke group(P>0.05).FIB and DD levels of mild stroke group were lower than moderate to severe stroke group(P<0.05).Nerve defect degree was positively correlated with FIB and DD(P<0.05).Conclusion There is some certain correlation between coagulation function indicators FIB,DD and neurological deficits of patients with acute ischemic stroke.
