甲状腺肿瘤检验中化学发光免疫技术检验的应用效果

摘要 目的探讨甲状腺肿瘤检验中化学发光免疫技术检验的应用效果。方法选取2021年1月—2022年12月本院收治的甲状腺肿瘤者85例(肿瘤组)与同期健康体检者80例(对照组)为研究对象。针对研究对象均是采集空腹肘静脉血液5mL,离心分离血清,分应用化学发光免疫法、放射免疫法测定血清白细胞介素-17(IL-17)、白细胞介素-35(IL-35)、可溶性白细胞介素-2受体(SIL-2R)、抗甲状腺球蛋白抗体(TGAb)、抗甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体(TPOAb)指标水平,此外对比应用不同的方法对各血清学指标的阳性检出情况。结果应用不同检验方式检验,均显示肿瘤组测定血清IL-17、IL-35、SIL-2R、TGAb、TPOAb水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);应用化学发光免疫法测定肿瘤组的IL-17、IL-35、SIL-2R、TGAb、TPOAb阳性率高于放射免疫法,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用化学发光免疫技术用于甲状腺肿瘤的诊断,可通过对相关血清学指标进行测定,检出指标阳性表达,辅助甲状腺肿瘤的早期检出及干预。 Objective To explore early diagnostic value of chemiluminescence immunoassay for thyroid tumors.Methods The paper chose 85 patients with thyroid tumors admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022(tumor group)and 80 healthy individuals in the same period(control group)as research subjects,collected 5ml of fasting elbow vein blood,centrifuged and separated serum,measured serum levels of interleukin-17(IL-17),interleukin-35(IL-35),soluble interleukin-2 receptor(SIL-2R),anti thyroglobulin antibody(TGAb),and anti thyroid peroxidase antibody(TPOAb)with chemiluminescence immunoassay and radioimmunoassay.in addition,Positive detection of various serological indicators with different methods was compared.Results Different test methods showed,serum levels of IL-17,IL-35,SIL-2R,TGAb,and TPOAb in tumor group were higher than control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Positive rates of IL-17,IL-35,SIL-2R,TGAb,and TPOAb in tumor group measured by chemiluminescence immunoassay were higher than those measured by radioimmunoassay,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Chemiluminescence immunoassay technology can measure relevant serological indicators and detect positive expression of indicators in diagnosis of thyroid tumors,which can be used for early detection and intervention of thyroid tumors.
