摘要
了解儿童过敏性紫癜(henoch-schtinlein purpura,HSP)药物治疗方案,为优化儿童HSP药物治疗方案提供参考。分析1例过敏性紫癜(皮肤型)患儿的药物治疗方案,本着药物应用安全、有效、经济的原则,从药物应用的合理性、用法用量、不良反应等方面为切入点给予药学监护。通过大量相关文献阅读,系统学习、分析、总结,发现部分不规范用药现象,及时反馈给临床,以期为临床合理用药提供参考。临床药师应深入临床,参与患者药物治疗,对不规范用药现象,及时与临床沟通,进行药学干预,体现临床药师价值。
To understand drug treatment plan for Henoch Schtinlein purpura(HSP)of children,and provide reference for optimizing drug treatment plan for HSP.The paper analyzed drug treatment plan of a child with allergic purpura(skin type)based on principles of being safe,effective,and economic drug application,and provide pharmaceutical monitoring from the perspectives of rationality,dosage,and adverse reactions of drug application.The paper studies analyzes and summarizes relevant literature systematically,discovers ome non-standard drug use phenomena,and feedback to clinical practice timely,to provide reference for rational drug use in clinical practice.Clinical pharmacists should delve into clinical practice,participate in patient medication treatment,communicate with clinical practice timely regarding non-standard medication,and provide pharmaceutical interventions to reflect value of clinical pharmacists.
