摘要
目的 观察住院期间个性化健康教育对营养不良患儿出院后饮食行为和营养状况改善的应用研究分析。方法 选取2022年7月—2023年3月惠州市中心人民医院收治的营养不良患儿80例为研究对象,并按照随机数字表法分为对照组和实验组,每组40例。所有患儿均接受常规治疗,其中对照组采用常规健康教育干预,实验组采用个性化健康教育干预。评价患儿在出院后第1个月、第3个月的饮食行为问题及儿科营养不良风险。结果 实验组患儿在干预后饮食行为问题发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组患儿在干预后不同时段的营养不良风险评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在营养不良患儿住院期间实施个性化健康教育,可明显改变患儿在出院后的饮食行为,对改善患儿营养状况效果理想。
Objective To observe the application and analysis of personalized health education during hospitalization on the improvement of eating behavior and nutritional status of malnourished children after discharge.Methods A total of 80 children with malnutrition admitted to Huizhou Central People's Hospital from July 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and experimental group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.All the children received routine treatment,the control group received routine health education intervention,the experimental group received personalized health education intervention.To evaluate the dietary behavior problems and the risk of pediatric malnutrition at 1 month and 3 months after discharge.Results The incidence of eating behavior problems in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The malnutrition risk scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group at different periods after intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of personalized health education during hospitalization can significantly change the eating behavior of the children with malnutrition after discharge,and has an ideal effect on improving the nutritional status of the children.
