摘要
生殖医学门槛较高,基层医院人员培训不足,专科医生较少,导致大量基层村镇患者舍近求远,求医艰难。因此,培养和建立基层生殖医学人才队伍,促进基层生殖医生继续教育,规范生殖医学诊疗操作极为必要。本文以南方医科大学南方医院帮扶化州市人民医院实践为例,分析了基层生殖医生的特点及对继续教育的需求,总结了以下几点建议:实践与理论教育应相互结合,实践教育应以传帮带的方式进行,积极利用互联网促进学习,生殖伦理教育要渗透专业教育当中。期望本文的经验,为基层医院人才培养提供参考和借鉴,助力提升基层生殖医生的诊疗水平,培养稳定生殖医生专科队伍。
The threshold for reproductive medicine is high,grassroots hospital personnel are poorly trained,and there are few specialists.As a result,a large number of patients in grassroots villages and towns seek medical treatment far away,making it difficult for them to seek medical treatment.Therefore,it is extremely necessary to cultivate and estab-lish a team of grassroots reproductive medicine talents,promote the continuing education of grassroots reproductive doctors,and standardize reproductive medicine diagnosis and treatment operations.This article takes Southern Medi-cal University Nanfang Hospital's practice of assisting Huazhou People's Hospital as an example to analyze the char-acteristics of grassroots reproductive doctors and their needs for continuing education.The following suggestions are summarized:practical and theoretical education should be combined with each other,practical education should be carried out in a mentoring manner,the Internet should be actively used to promote learning,and reproductive ethics education should be infiltrated into professional education.It is hoped that the experience of this article can provide reference and reference for talent training in grassroots hospitals,help improve the diagnosis and treatment level of grassroots reproductive doctors,and cultivate a stable team of reproductive doctors.
