电子远传型差压液位变送器的适用性分析

摘要 差压液位变送器在液位测量中被广泛应用,其中双法兰差压液位变送器当上下法兰间距较大时,使用的毛细管长度较长,会增加仪表的计量误差、滞后及其他不确定性。介绍了法兰间距过大的传统解决方案,主要分析了适用电子远传型差压液位变送器代替远传型差压液位变送器的应用场所,通过对比实验,在同种工况下仿真两种变送器并对比两者测量表现,数据显示电子远传型双法兰差压液位变送器在大距离、大差压、小静压、大温差等工况下较远传型双法兰差压液位变送器有一定优势。最后通过数据分析提出电子远传型双法兰差压变送器的适用性范围和应用建议。 Differential pressure level transmitters are widely used in measuring liquid levels.When the distance between the upper and lower flanges is large,the capillary length used in the dual flange differential pressure level transmitter is too long,the measurement error,hysteresis,and other uncertainties of the instrument will be increased.The traditional solution for excessive flange spacing is introduced.The application places where ERS type differential pressure level transmitter is suitable to replace RS type differential pressure level transmitter are mainly discussed.Through comparative experiments,two types of transmitters are simulated under the same working conditions,and their measurement performances are compared.The data shows that ERS type dual flange differential pressure level transmitter has certain advantages over RS type differential pressure level transmitter in working conditions such as long distance,large differential pressure,small static pressure and large temperature difference.The applicability range and application suggestions of ERS type differential pressure transmitter are proposed finally based on data analysis.
