KM70(H)型煤炭漏斗车耐腐蚀性能提升改进设计

摘要 随着煤炭漏斗车运用场景、频次的增加,车体耐腐蚀性成为运输安全的决定因素之一。阐述了我国铁路货车车体材料的发展历程;通过硫酸浸泡腐蚀试验、周期浸润腐蚀试验以及电化学试验研究了车体用钢材耐腐蚀性,分析了钢材在扫描电镜下的锈层特征;调研分析了KM70(H)型煤炭漏斗车车体运用和腐蚀、磨损情况;对煤炭漏斗车车体腐蚀原因进行了研究,提出了KM70(H)型煤炭漏斗车耐腐蚀性能提升改进设计方案。 With the increase of the application scene and frequency of the coal hopper wagon,the corrosion resistance of the wagon body has become one of the decisive factors for the safety of transportation.This paper expounded the development process of railway freight wagon body materials in China.The corrosion resistance of steel for wagon body was studied by sulfuric acid immersion corrosion test,periodic infiltration corrosion test and electrochemical test.The rust layer characteristics of various steels were analyzed under scanning electron microscope.The application,corrosion and wear of KM70(H)coal hopper wagon body were investigated and analyzed.The causes of corrosion of coal hopper wagon body was studied.An improved design scheme for improving the corrosion resistance of KM70(H)coal hopper wagon was put forward.
