摘要
数智技术快速发展使其从多维度、全方位推动体育非物质文化遗产治理现代化,使体育非物质文化遗产治理转变为整体式、系统性、立体化。基于数智赋能话语情境,探骊体育非物质文化遗产治理范式变迁,从生态治理、智慧治理、数据治理、战略治理层面构筑数智赋能体育非物质文化遗产治理现代化,进而推动体育非物质文化遗产治理智慧化智能化升级、数字化数据化转型,提升数智治理能力,推进体育非物质文化遗产治理现代化。
The rapid development of digital intelligence technology makes it promote the modernization of sports intangible cultural heritage management from multi-dimensional and all-round,and makes the management of sports intangible cultural heritage change into a holistic,systematic and three-dimensional one.Based on the discourse situation of digital intelligence empowerment,this paper explores the paradigm change of sports intangible cultural heritage governance,constructs the modernization of digital intelligence empowerment sports intangible cultural heritage governance from the aspects of ecological governance,intelligent governance,data governance and strategic governance,and then promotes the intelligent upgrading and digital transformation of sports intangible cultural heritage governance,enhances the ability of digital intelligence governance and promotes the modernization of sports intangible cultural heritage governance.
