摘要
针对装配式建筑设计与工厂生产之间存在的数据传输壁垒,以装配式建筑设计成果为研究对象,提出将设计成果交付方式由传统二维图纸向数字化数据交付转变。整理推出《装配式建筑设计成果数据交付导则》,全面优化设计流程,提前规避设计问题,保证装配式建筑设计成果数据交付产品品质;编写团标《装配式预制构件设计—生产数据交互标准》,建立PCXML通用数据格式转换标准,自主开发数据转换接口,搭建数据处理平台,实现设计、生产与建造之间数据的互联互通,推动装配式全产业链发展。
Aiming at the data transmission barrier between prefabricated building design and factory production,taking prefabricated building design results as the research object,it is proposed to change the delivery method of design results from traditional two-dimensional drawings to digital data delivery.Organize and launch the"Guidelines for the Delivery of prefabricated Building Design Results Data",comprehensively optimize the design process,avoid design problems in advance,and ensure the quality of prefabricated building design results data delivery products;Compiled the group standard"Prefabricated component Design-Production Data Interaction Standard",established the PCXML general data format conversion standard,independently developed the data conversion interface,built the data processing platform,realized the data interconnection between design,production and construction,and promoted the development of the whole industry chain of prefabricated.
