摘要
为了促进人工育苗,实现保护极小种群物种西畴青冈,进行了采种育苗试验。结果表明,西畴青冈果实平均直径5.6 cm,平均高3.1 cm,平均粒重为51 g,播种于大棚内和室外露天播种发芽率差异较大,大棚内发芽率较高,为36.44%,分析认为,西畴青冈的发芽率与环境温度等因素有关。此外,通过对苗木生长的观察结果表明,播种后的一年生苗木生长主要集中在5—7月份,8月后生长较为缓慢。
In order to promote artificial seedling raising and protect the extremely small population species Cyclobalanopsis sichourensis,we conducted seed collection and seedling raising experiments.The results showed that the average diameter of its fruit was 5.6 cm,the average height was 3.1 cm,and the average grain weight was 51 g.There was a large difference in germination rate between sowing in greenhouse and outdoor.The germination rate in greenhouse(36.44%)was higher than that in outdoor.Our analysis showed that the germination rate of Cyclobalanopsis sichourensis was related to environmental temperature and other factors.In addition,the observation results of seedling growth showed that the growth of annual seedlings after sowing was mainly concentrated from May to July,and the growth was relatively slow after August.
