摘要
石门揭煤作为一项瓦斯治理新技术,能从源头上防控煤与瓦斯突出事故发生。但在施工时容易出现钻井复杂情况,对钻井复杂情况的正确处置关系到钻井工程的成败。淮南谢一矿水文地质条件复杂,地面辅助消突钻井面临着井眼轨迹控制要精准,钻井过程中要绕开障碍物等难题。在施工过程中发生了钻井液漏失和钻具刺漏等复杂情况,通过水泥浆堵漏、水泥封孔和侧钻等措施,成功避免了大量钻井液和地层水涌入巷道,根据示踪剂的返出时间差判定了钻具刺漏的大概位置,采取起钻更换钻具的处理措施,成功避免了井下钻井事故的发生。
As a new gas control technology,uncovering coal in crosscut can prevent and control coal and gas outburst accidents from the source.However,drilling complications are easy to occur during construction.The correct disposal of drilling complications is related to the success or failure of drilling engineering.The hydrogeological conditions of Xieyi Mine in Huainan are complex,and the groundassisted outburst elimination drilling is faced with the problems of accurate borehole trajectory control and avoiding obstacles during drilling.During the construction process,drilling fluid leakage and drilling tool washout occurred.Through measures such as cement paste plugging,cement sealing and sidetracking,a large amount of drilling fluid and formation water were successfully prevented from pouring into the lane.According to the tracer outflow time difference,the approximate location of drilling tool washout was determined,and the treatment measures of pulling out and replacing drilling tools were taken,which successfully avoided the occurrence of downhole drilling accidents.
