摘要
随着配电网电力电子化程度不断提高,各类非线性负载广泛分散地接入配电网,使得配电网谐波抑制问题更为复杂。传统的并联型有源电力滤波器(shunt active power filter,SAPF)就近补偿方法存在安装设备数量多和运维成本较高的问题。因此,为了提高治理设备单机利用效率,研究谐波综合抑制的SAPF配置方法已成为电能质量治理领域的重要需求之一。以配电网谐波网损和谐波抑制为优化目标,采用多目标粒子群优化算法(multi-objective particle swarm optimization,MOPSO),对SAPF的数量和容量进行配置。首先,建立谐波综合抑制模型,以配电网中谐波网损、谐波畸变、SAPF安装数量与容量为多个优化目标,通过改进的多目标粒子群优化算法对模型进行求解。其次,搭建含有14个非线性负载的IEEE 18节点仿真模型对优化算法进行验证。最后,仿真结果表明,优化配置策略治理效果良好,可以通过少量SAPF来实现配电网谐波网损和谐波的综合抑制,证明了所提算法的有效性和可行性。
With the increasing degree of power electronics in the distribution network,various nonlinear loads are dispersed in the distribution network,which made the problem of harmonic suppression more complicated.The traditional method of shunt active power filter(SAPF)nearby compensation has the problems of high number of installation and maintenance costs.Therefore,in order to improve the utilization efficiency of the single machine of the management equipment,research on the configuration method of SAPF for the harmonic comprehensive suppression has become an important field.This paper proposes an algorithm based on multiobjective particle swarm optimization(MOPSO)to optimize the location and capacity of SAPF.Firstly,the comprehensive harmonic mitigation model is built,in which the optimization of harmonic loss,harmonic distortion,SAPF capacity and SAPF number is taken as the multiple optimization objectives,and the model is solved by the improved multi-objective particle swarm optimization algorithm.Then,an IEEE-18 node simulation model containing 14 nonlinear loads is built to verify the optimization algorithm.The results verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed algorithm in harmonic loss reduction with few SAPF.
