摘要
目的:探讨小儿热速清颗粒联合干扰素及阿昔洛韦治疗疱疹性咽峡炎患儿的效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年4月于咸宁市咸安区妇幼保健院治疗的78例疱疹性咽峡炎患儿作为研究对象,采用掷硬币法将患儿分为观察组和对照组,各39例。两组均给予常规治疗,对照组采用阿昔洛韦及干扰素喷雾治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予小儿热速清颗粒治疗。比较两组临床疗效、炎症因子水平、免疫功能、临床症状改善时间和不良反应。结果:观察组临床总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)水平较治疗前提高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组临床症状改善时间早于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率略高于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:小儿热速清颗粒联合干扰素及阿昔洛韦用于疱疹性咽峡炎患儿的治疗中,能促进临床症状消退,缓解炎症反应,调节免疫功能,提高临床疗效,且不会增加不良反应。
Objective:To investigate the effect of Xiao’er Resuqing Granules combined with Interferon and Acyclovir in the treatment of children with herpangina.Method:A total of 78 children with herpangina who treated in Xianning City Xian’an District Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2021 to April 2022 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into the observation group and the control group by coin toss method,with 39 cases in each group.Two groups were given conventional treatment,and the control group was treated with Acyclovir and Interferon,the observation group was treated with Xiao’er Resuqing Granules on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,inflammatory factor levels,immune function,clinical symptom improvement time and adverse reactions of two groups were compared.Result:The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and which in the observation group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of immunoglobulin M(IgM),immunoglobulin A(IgA)and immunoglobulin G(IgG)in two groups were higher than those before treatment,and which in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the improvement times of clinical symptoms in the observation group were earlier than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Xiao’er Resuqing Granules combined with Interferon and Acyclovir in the treatment of children with herpangina can promote t
