摘要
目的分析老年病护理过程中接受心理干预对患者产生的实际效果。方法选择时期为2022年3月至2023年3月辽宁省金秋医院收治的老年病患者,基于不同护理方式将老年病患者分为对照组与观察组。对照组的50例老年病患者接受常规护理干预,观察组的50例老年病患者接受常规护理和心理干预,观察两组患者的焦虑、抑郁情况,治疗依从性及护理满意度。结果护理前两组患者焦虑、抑郁评分差异对比不显著(P>0.05),两组患者实施护理后焦虑、抑郁评分均有所降低,且观察组焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗总依从性与护理满意度均高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论老年病护理过程中接受心理干预可以改善患者存在的焦虑、抑郁情绪,提升治疗依从性和护理满意度。
Objective To analyze the actual effect of psychological intervention on patients in the nursing process of geriatric diseases.Methods The selection period was from March 2022 to March 2023 for geriatric patients admitted to Liaoning Jinqiu Hospital,and the geriatric patients were divided into a control group and an observation group based on different nursing approaches.The geriatric patients in the control group with 50 cases received conventional nursing interventions,and the geriatric patients in the observation group with 50 cases received conventional nursing and psychological interventions,observing the anxiety and depression,treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction in both groups.Results The difference between the anxiety and depression scores of the two groups of patients before treatment was not significant(P>0.05),the anxiety and depression scores of the two groups of patients were reduced before nursing,but the anxiety and depression scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after nursing(both P<0.05).The total adherence to treatment of patients and the nursing satisfaction of patientsin the observation group were higher than thepatients in the control group(both P<0.05).Conclusions Psychological intervention in geriatric nursing can improve patients'anxiety and depression,and enhance treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction.
