摘要
为指导蚕桑地区科学使用杀虫剂,预防养蚕中毒损失,采用浸叶法测定了21种杀虫剂对家蚕的急性毒性,参照田间推荐浓度评价其对养蚕生产的风险性等级,并测定了急性毒性高和风险性高的16种杀虫剂在桑叶上的残毒期。结果表明:3种杀虫剂对家蚕剧毒,8种杀虫剂对家蚕高毒,4种杀虫剂对家蚕的毒性中等,6种杀虫剂对家蚕低毒;10种杀虫剂对家蚕具有极高风险性,3种杀虫剂对家蚕具有高风险性,4种杀虫剂对家蚕具有中等风险性,4种杀虫剂对家蚕为低风险性;10种杀虫剂在桑叶上的残毒期>60 d,6种杀虫剂的残毒期为1~40 d。供试的21种杀虫剂对家蚕的急性毒性、风险性和残毒期差异极大,桑园、蚕室及周围农作物防治用药时,应避免使用毒性高、风险性大、残毒期长的杀虫剂。
In order to guide the scientific use of insecticides in sericulture areas and prevent silkworm poisoning losses,the acute toxicity of 21 insecticides to silkworms was tested using the leaf soaking method.The risk level of these insecticides to silkworm production was evaluated based on the recommended concentration in the field,and the residual toxicity period of 16 insecticides with high acute toxicity and risk on mulberry leaves was determined.The results showed that 3 insecticides were extremely toxic to silkworms,8 insecticides were highly toxic to silkworms,4 insecticides were moderately toxic to silk worms,and 6 insecticides were low toxic to silkworms;10 insecticides have extremely high risk to silkworms,3 insecticides have high risk to silkworms,4 insecticides have medium risk to silkworms,and 4 insecticides have low risk to silkworms;The residual toxicity period of 10 insecticides on mulberry leaves is greater than 60 days,and the residual toxicity period of 6 insecticides ranges from 1 day to 40 days.The acute toxicity,risk,and residual period of the 21 insecticides tested on silkworms vary greatly.When using insecticides for crop control in mulberry orchards,silkworm rooms,and surrounding areas,high toxicity,high risk,and long residual period insecticides should be avoided.
