摘要
本文分析和研究了新媒体时代高校微思政的现状和策略。通过对高校“微思政”工作的现状进行分析,发现当前高校“微思政”工作当中,存在“微思政”平台吸引力不足、“微思政”队伍专业化程度不高、教育主客体的媒介素养不一、学生“微思政”的获得感不足、运行机制不健全等问题。对高校“微思政”工作存在问题的原因进行深入的分析,提出深化“微思政”阵地建设、加强“微思政”平台建设、推进“微思政”队伍建设、创新“微思政”工作方式、健全“微思政”工作机制等优化策略,增强高校思想政治教育工作的针对性和实效性。
This paper analyzes and studies the current situation and strategies of micro ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the new media era.Through the analysis of the present situation of the micro ideological and political education in colleges and universities,we've found some problems such as the lack of attraction of the platform,the low level of specialization of the team,the mismatch of media literacy between the subject and object of education,the deficiency of sense of gain for the students,and the unsound operating mechanism.This paper makes an in-depth analysis on the causes of these problems and puts forward some optimization strategies such as further consolidating the positions,strengthening the construction of the team and platform,innovating the work mode and perfecting the working mechanism,and therefore we can improve the pertinence and effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
