摘要
体细胞冷冻保存技术是指将体细胞置于超低温条件下,新陈代谢几乎停止,从而长期保存体细胞的一种技术,该技术对于体细胞克隆、诱导性多能干细胞等具有重要意义,同时也是建立动物体细胞库的关键技术。本文综述了体细胞冷冻保存原理与冷冻损伤机制、新型冷冻保护剂、冷冻保存方法以及冷冻保存技术在动物遗传资源保护上的应用,以期为体细胞冷冻保存技术的研究与应用提供参考。
Somatic cell cryopreservation technology refers to the long-term preservation of somatic cells by placing them under ultra-low temperature conditions and almost stopping their metabolism.This technique is of great significance for somatic cell cloning and induced pluripotent stem cells,and is also a key technique for establishing animal somatic cell bank.This paper mainly reviewed the principle and mechanism of somatic cell cryopreservation,new cryopreservation agents,cryopreservation methods and the application of cryopreservation technology in animal genetic.
