摘要
目的积极落实国家卫生健康委员会关于加强住院医师党组织管理及其思想教育的要求,推进住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)质量管理。方法充分了解相关研究现状,温州医科大学附属第一医院(简称我院)成立住院医师临时党支部并在实践过程中逐步形成了理论学习-主题实践-党群互助-示范引领“四位一体”的实施路径。结果实践表明,党建+住培模式有助于提升住院医师整体素质水平、提高其职业认同感与满意度,并在住培工作领域取得一定的社会认可度。结论我院将坚定推进住院医师临时党支部建设,持续优化实施路径,创新党组织生活方式,完善评价及反馈机制,积极推行党建+住培模式,落实党建引领助推住院医师培养与质量管理,为医院培养优秀人才。
Objective To actively implement the requirements of the National Health Commission on strengthening the Party organization management and ideological education of resident doctors,and promote the management quality of standardized residency training.Methods After exploring the status quo of relevant research,the First Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University established the temporary Party branch of resident doctors,and gradually formed a quaternity implementation path which included theoretical learning,theme practice,mutual assistance between Party-masses as well as demonstration and guidance in the practical process.Results Practice showed that the"Party construction+the standardized residency training"model contributed to improving the overall quality level of resident doctors and enhancing their professional identity and satisfaction.This model also achieved a certain degree of social recognition in the field of residency training.Conclusion The First Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University will firmly promote the construction of the temporary Party branch of resident doctors,continuously optimize its implementation path,innovate new ways of the organizational activities of the Party,improve evaluation and feedback mechanisms,actively promote the"Party construction+the standardized residency training"model,implement the guidance of Party construction to promote the quality of standardized training and management,and cultivate excellent resident doctors talents for the Hospital.
