摘要
为提高核电厂保护系统的可靠性,常采用4取2或4取3的数字逻辑电路。在对低电平和高电平有效的4取2和4取3电路进行分析的基础上,总结出两种电路设计方法,即直接设计法和基于反演定理的设计法。秦二厂保护系统的4取2电路硬件上采用4000系列逻辑芯片进行的电路设计,按照这两种方法进行设计,从中选择较优的电路,最终相关电路比原电路减少了一块芯片,简化了PCB设计。该方法同样也适用于其他同类数字逻辑电路的设计。
In order to improve the reliability of nuclear power plant protection system,the digital logic circuit of 4 takes 2 or 4 takes 3 is often used.In this paper,based on the analysis of low level and high level effective 4 take 2 and 4 take 3 circuit,two circuit design methods are summarized,namely direct design method and inversion theorem based design method.The circuit design of 4000 series logic chips is carried out on the hardware of the 4 to 2 circuit of the protection system of Qinshan phase I nuclear power plant.The design is carried out according to the two methods,and the better circuit is selected from the design,and the related circuit is ultimately reduced by one chip compared with the original circuit,simplifying the PCB design.This method is also applicable to the design of other similar digital logic circuits.
