电动自行车燃烧特性及简易分隔防火效果试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 为研究车位内电动自行车燃烧特性及简易防火分隔的防护效果,通过自主搭建的电动自行车燃烧特定测试装置,分析常用锂电池电动自行车燃烧过程中的温度变化趋势,并利用克里金插值模型算法,对车位中心平面温度进行预测。结果表明:锂电池电动自行车燃点及氧指数较低的部位被火源优先引燃,火焰向上方蔓延速率大于向下方蔓延速率,向车尾蔓延的速率大于向车头蔓延的速率;从燃烧初期到充分发展阶段,火焰高度及升温速率不断升高,火焰高度可达2 m以上,最高升温速率为178℃/s;车位内距地1.3 m处最高火焰温度可达1105℃,最高烟气温度可达98℃,1.8 m处最高火焰温度为943℃,最高烟气温度为322℃;简易防火分隔对电动自行车火灾蔓延可以起到一定程度的控制作用,防火布在全面燃烧阶段以前具有防护作用,在321 s时,防火布阻隔效果失效,彩钢板外侧车辆完好,因此,彩钢板的总体防火效果优于防火布。 To study the combustion characteristics of electric bicycles in the parking space and the protective effect of simple fire separation,the commonly used lithium battery bicycle was selected,and the temperature change law of electric bicycles in the combustion process was studied through the specific test device of burning electric bicycle built independently.And the temperature of the center plane of the parking space was predicted by using the Kriging interpolation model algorithm,The combustion spread characteristics of lithium battery electric bicycles when fired were analyzed.The results show that fireproof cloth and colored steel plate are both effective in controlling the fire spread of Li-ion battery electric bicycle,and the parts of the lithium battery electric vehicle with lower ignition point and oxygen index are ignited by the fire source.While the rate of flame spreading to the top is greater than the rate of spreading to the bottom,the rate of spreading to the rear is greater than the rate of spreading to the front.From the early stage of combustion to the full development stage,the flame height and the rate of temperature increases continuously,the flame height could reach more than 2 m,and the highest rate of temperature increase is 178 ℃/s.The highest flame temperature can reach 1 105 ℃ at 1.3 m above the ground in the parking space with the highest smoke temperature of 98 ℃,the highest flame temperature can reach 943 ℃ at 1.8 m above the ground with the highest smoke temperature of 322 ℃.The fireproof cloth has a certain protective effect before the full combustion stage.At 321 s,the fireproof cloth barrier effect fails,the temperature is 116 ℃ on the outside,the color steel plate outside temperature is 66 ℃ and the vehicle is intact,proving that the vehicle was mainly ignited by the high-temperature smoke.Therefore,the overall fireproof effect of the color steel plate was better than fireproof cloth.
