新型研发机构组织性嵌入:理论内涵和演化逻辑

摘要 为探究新型研发机构组织性嵌入的内在机制,从关系合同理论视角出发,构建由关系嵌入结构﹑合同治理结构组成的关系合同结构分析模型,分析新型研发机构嵌入性组织悖论的理论内涵和典型特征,并基于“主体-过程”二元视角进行理论阐释。研究认为,新型研发机构作为一种嵌入性组织具有投资主体多元化的特征,其本质上是一种以直接联结和间接互动为纽带的多元交易关系,是一种多主体协同互动的关系合同;其组织性嵌入分为正向嵌入和反向嵌入,表现形式为产权关系﹑结构互嵌和制度关系,演化过程表现为在初创期建设主体被动地实现正向嵌入﹑成长期排斥建设主体的组织性嵌入而成熟期与建设主体出现双向嵌入;其所面临的嵌入性组织悖论本质上是多主体协同合作与多头决策低效之间的悖论,悖论的破解既需要其与建设主体二者关系质量带来的协同优势,也需要二者关系位置带来的控制优势。 To explore the new internal mechanism of organizational embedded,from the perspective of relationship contract theory,this paper constructs an analysis model of relationship contract structure composed of relationship embedded structure and contract governance structure,analyzes the theoretical connotation and typical characteristics of the embedded organization paradox of new R&D institutions,and gives a theoretical explanation based on the binary perspective of"subject-process".In the opinion of this study,as an embedded organization,new R&D institutions is characterized by diversified investment entities,this collaborative innovation organization is essentially a multi-dimensional transaction relationship linked by direct and indirect interaction,and also presents a relationship contract of collaborative interaction among multiple entities.It indicates that the embedding methods of new R&D institutions are positive embedding and reverse embedding,manifested in the form of property rights relations,structural inter-embedding and institutional relations,the evolution process is to passively realize the positive embedding of the construction subject in the initial stage,to exclude the organizational embedding of the construction subject in the growth stage,and to have the two-way embedding with the construction subject in the mature stage.Finally,the embedded organization paradox faced by it is essentially the paradox between multi-subject collaboration and the inefficiency of multi-head decision,and the solution of the paradox requires not only the synergistic advantage brought by the quality of the relationship with the construction subject,but also the control advantage brought by the relationship position between the two.
