摘要
目的分析二甲双胍+阿卡波糖+复方黄柏液治疗糖尿病合并肛周脓肿效果。方法选取2020年1月—2022年12月福建省福州市连江县医院外一科收治的102例糖尿病合并肛周脓肿患者作为研究对象,以随机数表法分组,观察组(51例,二甲双胍+阿卡波糖治疗)与对照组(51例,二甲双胍治疗),两组均行复方黄柏液治疗。比较两组生活质量、血糖控制情况、治疗效果。结果治疗前,两组生活质量综合评定量表-74各项评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组各项评分均较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,比较两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖均较对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗有效率98.04%高于对照组的82.35%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.096,P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病合并肛周脓肿患者实行二甲双胍+阿卡波糖+复方黄柏液治疗,能有效改善生活质量,调控空腹血糖及餐后2 h血糖水平,提高临床治疗有效率。
Objective To analyze the effect of metformin+acarbose+compound Huangbai liquid in the treatment of diabetes mellitus complicated with perianal abscess.Methods A total of 102 patients with diabetes mellitus combined with perianal abscess admitted to the Department of Surgery I in Lianjiang County Hospital in Fuzhou,Fujian Prov-ince from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as study subjects.Random number table method was used to divide the patients into observation group(51 cases,metformin+acarbose treatment)and control group(51 cases,met-formin treatment).Both groups were treated with compound Huangbai solution.The quality of life,blood glucose control and treatment effect were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,the scores of comprehensive quality of life Rrating scale-74 were compared between the two groups,and there were no statistically significant differences(P>0.05),and after treatment,the scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose between the two groups(P>0.05),but after treatment,the fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of the observation group(98.04%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(82.35%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.096,P<0.05).Conclusion Metformin+acarbose+compound Huangbai liquid can effectively improve the quality of life,regulate fasting blood glucose level and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose level,and improve the clini-cal treatment efficiency,so it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
