摘要
在新时代背景下,“一站式”社区建设已成为高职院校学生管理与服务的热点和趋势。高职院校“一站式”学生社区是集思想政治教育、文化活动、生活服务于一体的学生日常学习生活的重要空间。讨论了新时代高职院校“一站式”社区建设的意义,分析了“一站式”社区建设中存在的问题,提出了“一站式”社区建设的具体措施。旨在探索有高职特色的社区建设,有利于全员、全过程、全方位的人才培养格局形成。
In the context of the new era,the construction of"one-stop"community has become a hot spot and trend in the management and service of college students.The"one-stop"student community is an important space for college students'daily study and life that integrates ideological and political education,cultural activities,and life services.This paper discusses the significance of"one-stop"community construction,analyzes the problems in the construction,and puts forward specific measures for the construction,aiming to explore the construction with characteristics of higher vocational education.This is conducive to the formation of an all-round personnel cultivation pattern.
