摘要
为探究轮耕模式与秸秆还田量对小麦-花生轮作田土壤碳氮及相关酶活性变化的影响,通过3年定位试验,设置旋耕/旋耕/秸秆半量还田(T1)、免耕/旋耕/秸秆半量还田(T2)、免耕/深松/秸秆半量还田(T3)、旋耕/旋耕/秸秆全量还田(T4)、免耕/旋耕/秸秆全量还田(T5)、免耕/深松/秸秆全量还田(T6),共6种轮耕方式与秸秆还田量组合处理,研究其对土壤有机碳、全氮、微生物量碳氮含量以及微生物熵碳氮和土壤蔗糖酶、脲酶活性变化的影响。结果表明:与其他处理相比,T6处理能够明显增加不同深度土层土壤有机碳、全氮、微生物量碳氮含量以及土壤碳氮比值、微生物熵碳氮,并提高10~20、20~40 cm土层土壤蔗糖酶、脲酶活性,其中土壤有机碳、全氮、微生物量碳氮含量差异达显著水平。0~10 cm土层,T6处理土壤微生物熵氮最大,较其他处理提高5.57%~15.19%;T5处理蔗糖酶、脲酶活性最高,较其他处理分别提高1.94%~5.95%、1.63%~11.61%;T3处理土壤微生物量碳氮比值最大,较其他处理提高2.43%~12.55%,除与T6处理无显著差异外,显著高于其他处理。10~20、20~40 cm土层,T6处理土壤脲酶活性较其他处理分别显著提高5.49%~11.63%、7.14%~25.00%。相关分析表明,土壤碳氮含量与土壤酶活性均呈正相关。综上,免耕/深松/秸秆全量还田处理是一种较好的保护性耕作措施,值得在生产上推广应用。
In order to explore the effects of rotary tillage mode and straw returning amount on the changes of soil carbon,nitrogen and related enzyme activities in wheat-peanut rotation field,the three-year positioning experiment was conducted by setting six combinations of rotary tillage methods and straw returning amount.The combinations were rotary tillage/rotary tillage/half straw returning(T1),no tillage/rotary tillage/half straw returning(T2),no tillage/subsoiling/half straw returning(T3),rotary tillage/rotary tillage/full straw retur-ning(T4),no tillage/rotary tillage/full straw returning(T5)and no tillage/subsoiling/full straw returning(T6),and their effects on soil organic carbon,total nitrogen and microbial biomass carbon and nitrogen con-tents,microbial entropy carbon and nitrogen and soil invertase and urease activities were studied.The results showed that compared with other treatments,T6 treatment could obviously increase the content of soil organic carbon,total nitrogen,microbial biomass carbon and nitrogen,microbial biomass C/N,microbial entropy car-bon and nitrogen,and also the activities of sucrase and urease in 10~20-cm and 20~40-cm soil layers;among them,the contents of soil organic carbon,total nitrogen,microbial biomass carbon and nitrogen were signifi-cantly increased.In the 0~10-cm soil layer,the soil microbial entropy nitrogen of T6 treatment was the highest and increased by 5.57%~15.19%compared with the other treatments,and the activities of sucrase and urease of T5 treatment were the highest and increased by 1.94%~5.95%and 1.63%~11.61%respectively;the soil microbial biomass C/N ratio of T3 treatment was the highest and increased by 2.43%~12.55%with significant difference compared with other treatments except T6.In 10~20-cm and 20~40-cm soil layers,the activity of soil urease under T6 treatment increased by 5.49%~11.63%and 7.14%~25.00%,respectively.The correla-tion analysis results showed that there was a positive correlation between soil carbon and nitrogen contents and soil enzyme activities.To
