摘要
首先对穹顶六角形节点进行足尺模型静力试验,分析了节点在复杂受力工况下的应变发展过程,随后建立并验证了穹顶六角形节点有限元模型。通过有限元计算,对比分析了带肋节点和不带肋节点的应力分布、破坏模式和极限承载力,最后计算比较了节点在不同加劲构造下的极限承载力。研究成果不仅揭示了该类空间节点的承载性能和构造参数影响规律,同时所采用的研究方法也可以给同类节点的设计应用提供参考。
A full scale static test of the dome hexagonal joint under a complex stress condition is carried out.Then the FE model of the dome hexagon joint is established and verified.The verified FE model is used to analyze the stress distributions,failure modes and ultimate load-carrying capacities of the stiffened and unstiffened hexagonal joints.Finally,the ultimate load-carrying capacities of the joints with different stiffener thicknesses are calculated and compared.The safety of this type of space node is checked,and the research method adopted herein can provide a reference for the design of similar nodes.
