摘要
2017年2月《农药管理条例》进行了重新修订,于同年6月宣布施行,农药经营实行了许可制度,为解决农药市场问题发挥了一定作用。石阡县从规章制度、队伍建设、监督管理、资质培训等多个方面积极实践,对农药经营行为全面规范,有效地提高了本地农药经营水平。
In February 2017,the Regulations on Pesticide Administrative were revised and were announced to come into force in June of the same year,The implementation of a licensing system for pesticide operations played a significant role in addressing issues within the pesticide market.Shiqian County took proactive measures in various aspect,including rules and regulations,team building,supervision and management,and qualification training.These efforts led to the comprehensive regulation of pesticide business practices,effectively enhancing the local level of pesticide management.
