摘要
国际矿产品定价机制是全球政治经济关系的反映。国际矿产品价格的剧烈波动,影响全球产业链供应链稳定,不利于全球经济可持续发展。本文系统梳理了国内外大宗矿产品定价机制的历史演变和规律,针对影响矿产品定价的供需关系、市场结构、期现货市场、地缘政治、货币流动性等因素总结现代大宗矿产品定价的主要特点,分析我国在矿产品定价中面临的挑战与困难。建议我国企业充分利用国内国外两种资源、两个市场,增强对全球矿产资源的配置能力;提高产业集中度,提升议价能力;大力发展期货市场和现货市场,引导世界大宗商品定价基准市场逐步向我国转移;建立大宗矿产品战略储备体系;提升人民币在大宗商品计价和结算中的国际影响力。
The international pricing mechanism for mineral products is a reflection of global political and economic relations.The sharp fluctuations in international mineral product prices affect the stability of the global industrial and supply chains,which is not conducive to the sustainable development of the global economy.This paper systematically reviews the historical evolution and laws of pricing mechanisms for bulk mineral products both domestically and internationally.It summarizes the main characteristics of modern bulk mineral product pricing based on factors such as supply and demand,market structure,futures and spot markets,geopolitics,and currency liquidity that affect mineral product pricing,and analyzes the challenges and difficulties faced by China in mineral product pricing.Finally,this article suggests that Chinese enterprises should fully utilize both domestic and foreign resources and markets,enhance their ability to allocate global mineral resources,increase industrial concentration,and improve bargaining power.It also recommends vigorously developing futures and spot markets,guiding the gradual transfer of global commodity pricing benchmarks to China,establishing a strategic reserve system for bulk mineral products,and enhancing the international influence of the RMB in the pricing and settlement of bulk commodities.
