静态模拟探究渤海S油田聚合物堵塞物形成

摘要 了解聚合物堵塞物的形成机制对于解决油井堵塞问题至关重要。研究以渤海S油田的聚合物堵塞物为样本,采用红外光谱、扫描电镜、等离子体质谱仪以及动态光散射粒度分析仪等对堵塞物的组成、结构以及各组成分之间的相互作用进行研究。结果表明:堵塞物主要由原油、聚合物和无机物等组成。高价金属离子与聚合物之间的强相互作用是导致堵塞物形成的关键因素。在高价金属离子的作用下,聚合物的流体力学半径减小,使得聚合物长链分子发生缩合和团聚。在形成胶团的过程中裹挟原油、黏土等,最终形成聚合物堵塞物。室内静态模拟验证了聚合物堵塞物形成的机理,为聚合物堵塞解堵提供了理论支持。 In order to prevent and eliminate oil well plugging,aprofound comprehension of the formative mechanism of polymer plugs was crucial.The composition and structure of the plugging material and the interaction between the constituents were studied by infrared spectroscopy,scanning electron microscopy,plasma mass spectrometer and dynamic light scattering particle size analyzer using polymer plugging material from Bohai S oilfield as asample.The experimental results showed that the plugging material mainly consists of crude oil,polymers and inorganic substances.The strong interaction between high-valent metal ions and polymers was the essence and key to the formation of blockages.Under the action of high-valent metal ions,the hydrodynamic size of polymer decreases,and the long-chain molecules of polymer curl up and agglomerate.In the process of forming gel clusters,crude oil and clay were wrapped.Finally,polymer blockage was formed.The indoor static simulation verified the formation mechanism of polymer plugging,which provided theoretical support for the polymer plugging removing.
