层粘连蛋白γ2在恶性肿瘤中的研究进展

摘要 层粘连蛋白γ2(LAMC2)基因编码层粘连蛋白的γ2链,位于人类染色体1q25-q31,参与细胞的附着、迁移和信号转导,对细胞分化、细胞运动、组织表型维持和组织存活起重要作用.LAMC2在多种恶性肿瘤中异常表达,可能通过调节肿瘤细胞与周围组织的关系,影响免疫细胞和内环境的pH值等,从而促进肿瘤的生长.目前,LAMC2是恶性肿瘤的重要研究对象,也可以作为恶性肿瘤早期诊断和预后评估的生物标志物,为抗肿瘤治疗提供了新的潜在靶点.抑制LAMC2的过度表达可阻止肿瘤的侵袭和转移,改善患者预后.然而,仍需要进一步的研究探索LAMC2在不同恶性肿瘤类型中的具体作用机制,并开发相关的治疗方法.文章综述了LAMC2在发生率及死亡率较高的几种恶性肿瘤中的研究进展. Laminin subunit gamma 2(LAMC2)encodes γ2 chain of laminin located on human chromosome 1q25-q31,which participates in cell attachment,migration and signal transduction,and plays an important role in cell differentiation,cell motility,maintenance of tissue phenotype and tissue survival.Abnormal expression of LAMC2 in various malignant tumors may affect immune cells and the pH value of the internal environment by regulating the tissues around tumor cells,thus promoting tumor growth.Consequently,LAMC2 has emerged as a crucial subject of investigation in the field of malignant tumor research.Many studies have demonstrated the value of LAMC2 as a biomarker in the early diagnosis and prognostic prediction of malignant tumors.LAMC2 could also be a potential therapeutic target,and suppression of overexpressed LAMC2 could impede tumor invasion and metastasis,and enhance prognosis of patients.Nevertheless,additional investigations are imperative to elucidate the precise mechanisms of LAMC2 in diverse subtypes of malignant tumors,and to devise corresponding therapeutic interventions.In this paper,we review research progress on LAMC2 in malignant tumors with high incidence and mortality.
