摘要
为推进数字赋能社区体育治理改革不断发展,通过文献资料、逻辑分析等方法对我国数字赋能社区体育治理进行研究。认为数字赋能社区体育治理意义重大,能够提高社区体育服务水平,盘活社区体育数据资源,促进社区居民参与体育治理,构建多元共治治理格局,优化社区体育治理模式,创新社区体育服务功能。但由于我国数字赋能社区体育治理改革刚刚起步,导致在数字赋能社区体育治理改革中信息孤岛问题较为明显、“数字悬浮”问题时有发生、赋能异化问题逐步凸显、人才缺口与技术应用难度共存。要不断推进数字赋能社区体育治理改革的发展,一要创新机制,破解“信息孤岛”难题;二要以人为本,避免“数字悬浮”问题发生;三要准确定位政府角色,预防赋能异化;四要加强人才培养,确保技术应用普惠。
In order to promote the continuous development of the reform of digitally empowered community sports governance,this paper studies the sports governance of digitally empowered communities in China through literature and logical analysis.It is believed that digital empowerment of community sports governance is of great significance,which can improve the level of community sports services,revitalize community sports data resources,promote community residents to participate in sports governance,build a pluralistic co-governance governance pattern,optimize the community sports governance model,and innovate community sports service functions.However,due to the fact that China's digitally empowered community sports governance reform has just started,the problem of information islands is more obvious in China's digitally empowered community sports governance reform,the problem of"digital suspension"occurs from time to time,the problem of empowerment alienation is gradually highlighted,and the talent gap and the difficulty of technology application coexist.To continuously promote the development of digitally empowered community sports governance reform,we must innovate mechanisms and solve the problem of"information islands",be people-oriented and avoid the problem of"digital suspension",accurately position the role of the government and prevent alienation,and strengthen personnel training and ensure that technology application is inclusive.
