摘要
回顾性分析1例再喂养综合征患者应用营养治疗方案的治疗过程。患者因食管癌所致营养不良入院,行营养支持治疗,入院第3天出现再喂养综合征,临床予以患者补充维生素B1、纠正电解质紊乱、早期低热量供给、液体管理后,钾、钙、磷、镁水平逐渐改善;入院第6天,患者钾、钙、磷、镁水平恢复正常;后行营养治疗,以改善患者营养不良情况,至入院第12天,患者未再出现再喂养综合征情况,顺利转院治疗。
A retrospective analysis was performed on the treatment process of one patient with refeeding syndrome by nutritional therapy regimen.The patient was admitted to the hospital due to malnutrition caused by esophageal cancer,and received nutritional support therapy.On Day 3 of admission,the patient developed refeeding syndrome.Clinically,the patient was given vitamin B1 supplementation,electrolyte disturbance correction,early low-calorie supply,and fluid management.Subsequently,the levels of patient's potassium,calcium,phosphorus,and magnesium gradually improved.On Day 6 of admission,the levels of patient's potassium,calcium,phosphorus,and magnesium returned to normal.Later,nutritional therapy was performed to improve the patient's malnutrition.Until Day 12 of admission,the patient did not experience refeeding syndrome and was successfully transferred to the hospital for treatment.
