摘要
目的:探讨综合护理在窦性心律不齐患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年3月湖南省职业病防治院收治的80例窦性心律不齐患者作为研究对象,按照信封法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施综合护理。比较两组睡眠质量、并发症发生情况、护理满意度。结果:护理后,两组睡眠质量、睡眠时间、入睡时间、催眠药物、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍、日间功能障碍评分低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.042 5)。观察组护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.033 9)。结论:综合护理在窦性心律不齐患者中的应用效果显著,可减轻患者睡眠障碍,保证睡眠质量,降低并发症发生风险,提高护理满意度。
Objective:To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing in patients with sinus arrhythmia.Methods:A total of 80 patients with sinus arrhythmia admitted to Hunan Prevention and Treatment Institute for Occupational Diseases from January 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group by using the envelop method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group implemented routine nursing,and the observation group implemented comprehensive nursing.Sleep quality,complications,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the scores of sleep quality,sleep time,sleep onset time,hypnotic drugs,sleep efficiency,sleep disorder and daytime dysfunction in the two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.0425).The total nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.0339).Conclusion:The application of comprehensive nursing in patients with sinus arrhythmia has a significant effect,which can alleviate sleep disorders,ensure sleep quality,reduce the risk of complications,and improve nursing satisfaction.
