摘要
目的:探讨预见性创伤护理模式在急诊骨科创伤护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年4月-2021年4月徐州市中心医院接诊的100例骨科急诊创伤患者作为研究对象,以抽签法分为对照组与观察组,各50例。对照组采用常规骨科急诊护理,观察组采用预见性创伤护理模式。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组接诊至手术时间、住院时间均短于对照组,抢救成功率、护理满意度高于对照组,创伤后应激障碍症状筛查量表评分、创伤严重程度评分表评分、并发症发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:预见性创伤护理模式在急诊骨科创伤护理中的应用效果较好,有助于缩短急救时间,抢救成功率,减轻创伤程度与创伤后应激障碍,减少并发症,促进患者康复,提高患者护理满意度。
Objective:To explore the application effect of predictive trauma nursing mode in orthopedic emergency trauma nursing.Methods:A total of 100 orthopedic emergency trauma patients admitted to Xuzhou Central Hospital from April 2019 to April 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group by lottery method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group adopted routine orthopedic emergency nursing and the observation group adopted predictive trauma nursing mode.The nursing effect was compared between two groups.Results:The time from reception to operation and length of hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the success rate of rescue and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the posttraumatic stress disorder checklist-civilian version score,trauma severity scale score and complication incidence in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Predictive trauma nursing mode has a better application effect in orthopedic emergency trauma nursing,and is helpful to shorten the rescue time,increase the success rate of rescue,relieve the trauma severity and posttraumatic stress disorder,reduce the complications,promote the patient'recovery,and improve nursing satisfaction.
