摘要
目的探究分析对室性早搏患者积极给予桂枝甘草龙骨牡蛎加味汤治疗的临床结果。方法纳入2020年3月—2022年3月收治的80例室性早搏患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组(桂枝甘草龙骨牡蛎加味汤组),对照组(常规方法组),各40例。比较分析2组24 h动态心电图室性早搏总数、中医证候积分、临床疗效、不良反应、心率减速力。结果治疗后,观察组中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的心率减速力较对照组提升,24 h动态心电图室性早搏总数降低(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%(38/40),高于对照组的70.00%(28/40)(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应发生率2.50%(1/40),明显低于对照组的22.50%(9/40)(P<0.05)。结论积极应用桂枝甘草龙骨牡蛎加味汤治疗室性早搏患者,能降低不良反应发生率,提升心率减速力,改善中医证候积分,安全性较高,且能降低24 h动态心电图室性早搏总数,适合应用于临床推广。
Objective To explore and analyze the clinical results of treating the patients with ventricular premature beat actively by Guizhi Gancao Longgu Muli decoction.Methods Eighty patients with ventricular premature beat admitted from March 2020 to March 2022 were included as the study objects,and were randomly divided into observation group(Guizhi Gancao Longgu Muli decoction group)and control group(conventional method group),with 40 cases in each.The total number of 24 h holter electrocardiogram ven⁃tricular premature beats,TCM syndrome score,clinical efficacy,adverse reactions and heart rate deceleration were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with control group,the heart rate deceleration force of observation group was increased,and the total number of ven⁃tricular premature beats of 24 h holter electrocardiogram was decreased(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was 95.00%(38/40),which was higher than that of control group(70.00%,28/40)(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reaction of the observa⁃tion was 2.50%(1/40),which was significantly lower than that of the control group 22.50%(9/40)(P<0.05).Conclusion Guizhi Gan⁃cao Longgu Muli decoction is actively used in the treatment of patients with premature ventricular contractions,which can reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,improve the heart rate deceleration ability,and improve the TCM syndrome score.The total number of premature beats is suitable for clinical promotion.
