摘要
随着电信网络的日益复杂化和大数据技术的迅速发展,实时、高效且智能的网络监控技术成为当前的研究焦点。着重研究基于机器学习的电信网络智能化监控技术,先深入分析电信网络的结构和主要组件,接着详细探讨了如何利用机器学习,特别是深度学习,对电信网络进行智能监控,包括数据预处理、流量异常检测、故障预测以及网络拓扑的自动优化。综合研究结果,提出了一套完整的基于机器学习的电信网络监控方案,为电信行业带来了创新的智能化监控方法。
With the increasing complexity of telecommunication networks and the rapid development of big data technology,real-time,efficient,and intelligent network monitoring technologies have become the current research focus.This paper focuses on the intelligent monitoring technology of telecommunication networks based on machine learning.Firstly,the structure and main components of the telecommunication network are analyzed in depth.Then,the use of machine learning,especially deep learning,for intelligent monitoring of telecommunication networks is discussed in detail,including data preprocessing,traffic anomaly detection,fault prediction,and automatic optimization of network topology.Based on the comprehensive research results,this paper proposes a complete machine learningbased telecommunication network monitoring scheme,bringing innovative intelligent monitoring methods to the telecommunications industry.
