摘要
我国的医疗卫生体制改革一直在稳步推进。为了给居民提供更加方便、高质量的医疗服务,公立医院也在不断探索新的运营模式和管理模式。文章分析公立医院普遍存在的规律性风险和问题,运用风险识别、风险评估等方法深入剖析问题存在的原因,提出相应的风险防范机制和整改措施,分析内部控制对公立医院发展产生的积极作用,以期对落实各项风险管理工作、完善内部控制体系提供帮助。
China’s healthcare system reform has been steadily advancing.In order to provide more convenient and high-quality medical services to residents,public hospitals are constantly exploring new operating and management models.This article analyzes the common risks and problems in public hospitals,uses methods such as risk identification and risk assessment to deeply analyze the reasons for the problems,and proposes rectification measures,analyzes the positive impact of internal control on the development of public hospitals,and discusses how to implement risk management and improve the internal control system.
