超薄不锈钢端接接头微束TIG工艺特性

摘要 针对0.2 mm超薄1Cr18Ni9Ti奥氏体不锈钢端接接头进行微束TIG焊,采用连续焊和脉冲焊两种形式,研究焊接电流和焊接速度对焊缝成形及接头的影响。结果表明,接头宽度随着焊接电流的增加而增大,熔透深度也随之增大,有效电流相同的情况下,采用脉冲焊接能够获得更小的接头宽度和更大的熔透深度。接头抗拉力随着焊接电流的增加先增大后减小,采用脉冲焊接有利于提高接头的抗拉力,接头抗拉力最大达到1 070 N,高于连续焊接的950 N。奥氏体晶粒的母材经过焊接后出现了较多的δ铁素体,采用脉冲焊接方法的接头被熔合线分为多层,熔合线处的组织为奥氏体晶粒上分布黑色带状的δ铁素体。 Micro beam TIG welding was carried out on the edge joint of 0.2 mm 1Cr18Ni9Ti austenitic stainless steel end joint,using two forms of continuous welding and pulse welding.The effects of welding current and welding speed on the weld formation and joint were studied..Results show that the welding width increases with the increase of welding current,and the depth of penetration also increases.Smaller welding widths and greater depths of penetration can be achieved with pulse welding at the same effective current.The tensile strength of the joint increases first and then decreases with the increase of welding current.The tensile strength of the joint is improved by pulse welding,and the maximum tensile strength of the joint is 1070 N,higher than 950 N of continuous welding.After welding,moreδferrite appeared in the base material of austenite grains,which are divided into multiple layers by the fusion line by pulse welding method.The microstructure at the fusion line is the worm or stripδferrite distributed on the austenite grains.
