摘要
玻璃纤维增强聚丙烯复合材料(GRPP)具备优异的刚性,但韧性较差;而聚丙烯(PP)的韧性好,在机械外力作用下不易损伤变形。把PP和自增强聚丙烯(SRPP)两种材料分别用作夹芯结构,GRPP用作蒙皮结构,采用真空袋压工艺制备“三明治”叠层复合材料。利用万能试验机等设备测试夹芯同厚度占比下GRPP/PP和GRPP/SRPP两种复合材料的拉伸性能、弯曲性能和层间剪切性能。试验结果表明,全PP材料的引入增强了GRPP的整体韧性,但都会损伤GRPP的原有刚性。同厚度占比下,SRPP对GRPP拉伸模量的保留率比PP高15%;SRPP对GRPP弯曲模量的保留率比PP高5%;但GRPP/SRPP的层间剪切强度(13 MPa)低于GRPP/PP的层间剪切强度(17 MPa)。
Glass fiber reinforced polypropylene(GRPP)has excellent rigidity,but poor toughness;PP has good toughness,is not easy to damage and deform under external mechanical forces.PP and Self reinforced polypropylene(SRPP)were used as core structures,while GRPP was used as skin structures.A"sandwich"laminate composites was prepared using a vacuum bag pressing process.The tensile properties,flexural properties,and interlaminar shear properties of GRPP/PP and GRPP/SRPP composite laminates with the same thickness ratio of the sandwich were tested using universal testing machines and other equipments.The experimental results show that the introduction of all PP materials enhances the overall toughness of GRPP,but will weaken the original rigidity of GRPP.At the same thickness ratio,the retention ratio of SRPP to GRPP tensile modulus is 15%higher than PP;the retention rate of SRPP to GRPP flexural modu⁃lus is 5%higher than that of PP;however,the interlaminar shear strength of GRPP/SRPP(13 MPa)is lower than that of GRPP/PP(17 MPa).
