基于Spark的城市生活设施空间格局分析--以重庆主城区为例

摘要 城市生活设施分布差异研究及空间格局分析具有区分城市功能区、指导城市规划的作用,然而随着GIS和IT产业的发展以及空间数据规模的扩大,传统的空间数据管理、存储、计算方法已不能满足大规模数据量下一系列城市生活设施空间分析的需要.为了处理日益增长的空间数据,创建一个基于大数据技术的高性能空间数据处理计算框架就显得十分必要.基于此,结合Hadoop集群中资源调度模块及分布式存储模块,以GeoMesa为中间层检索存储在HBase分布式数据库中的大规模空间数据,并借助第三方分布式GIS计算引擎,实现对ApacheSpark大数据计算框架向空间维度的拓展,构建出基于Spark的分布式空间数据存储计算框架,并利用重庆市主城区POI数据对重庆市主城区生活设施空间分布及生活设施空间配套进行了分析.分析结果表明,重庆主城区各类生活设施在各个区交界处、两江交汇周围地区呈现出多个区域聚集的分布特征.热点区域以渝中区为中心并向周边区扩散,形成多中心分布的空间分布格局.发展趋势为东北到西南向,其中各类生活设施彼此融合,相互关联程度较高.城市总体空间配套情况较为完善,城市化水平比较高。城市生活设施空间格局研究为重庆市城市规划、建设、决策提供了理论支撑和指导. The study on variances in the distribution of urban living facilities and spatial pattern analysis serves to distinguish functional areas within cities and guide urban planning.However,due to the advancement of the GIS and IT industry and the increasing scale of spatial data,traditional methods for managing,storing,and calculating spatial data are inadequate for conducting a series of analyses on urban living facilities at a large scale.To cope with the growing volume of spatial data,it is imperative to develop a high-performance computing framework for spatial data processing,leveraging big data technology.Building upon this,the paper integrates the resource scheduling and distributed storage modules within the Hadoop cluster.It retrieves large-scale spatial data stored in the HBase distributed database,using GeoMesa as an intermediary layer.Furthermore,it extends the Apache Spark big data computing framework into the spatial dimension by leveraging a third-party distributed GIS computing engine,thereby establishing a Spark-based distributed spatial data storage computing framework.The paper analyzes the spatial distribution and support of living facilities in the primary urban area of Chongqing using Point of Interest(POI)data.The analysis reveals that various amenities in Chongqing primary urban area exhibit distinct regional clustering around district boundaries and along the confluence of two rivers.The focal area centers on Yuzhong District and extends to the adjacent districts,creating a spatial pattern characterized by multi-center distribution.The development trend extends from northeast to southwest,wherein various living facilities are integrated,resulting in a relatively high degree of interconnection.The overall spatial support within the city is relatively comprehensive,indicating a relatively high level of urbanization.The examination of the spatial pattern of urban living facilities offers theoretical support and guidance for urban planning,construction,and decision-making in Chongqing.
