自体牙移植在辅助正畸治疗中的应用及研究现状

摘要 自体牙移植是临床上一种治疗缺失牙的可行手段,具有良好的生物相容性和美学效果。近年来自体牙移植逐渐与正畸治疗相结合,以高效解决正畸治疗牙齿缺失的间隙问题,尤其适用于牙颌系统尚未发育完成的青少年,同时牙移植前的正畸治疗提高了自体移植牙的预后疗效。本文就自体牙移植、正畸治疗中缺牙间隙的管理与自体牙移植技术辅助正畸治疗的优势、临床适应证及研究现状进行综述。 Autologous tooth transplantation is a feasible method for the treatment of missing teeth clinically,which has good biocompatibility and aesthetic effect.In recent years,it has been gradually combined with orthodontic treatment to effectively solve the problem of missing tooth space in orthodontic treatment,especially for adolescents whose dental and maxillofacial system has not been fully developed.Meanwhile,orthodontic treatment before tooth transplantation improves the prognostic efficacy of tooth transplantation.The purpose of this article is to review the management of missing tooth space in orthodontics and the advantages,clinical indications and research status of autogenous tooth transplantation assisted orthodontic treatment.
