摘要
用于中小型商用制冷设备的高GWP值制冷剂(如R134a,R410A和R404A)正在逐步削减,寻找具有优良环保性能的制冷剂迫在眉睫。本文首先总结中小型商用制冷设备应用较为广泛的制冷循环,然后分析中小型商用制冷设备制冷剂的替代趋势,认为天然制冷剂(如R290,R600a和R744)可被用于替代面临削减的高GWP值制冷剂。在此基础上,对中小型商用制冷设备制冷剂的制冷循环热力学性能进行理论分析,对-40℃以上温区单一制冷剂在VRC,IVRC和EVRC中的循环性能进行对比,并对-40℃以下温区混合制冷剂在IVRC,ARC和CRC中的循环性能进行对比,筛选出相应温区优选的制冷剂,计算结果可为中小型商用制冷设备制冷剂的替代提供理论参考。
The high GWP refrigerants(such as R134a,R410A and R404A) used in the field of small and medium-sized commercial refrigeration are gradually being reduced.The search for refrigerants with excellent environmental performance is urgent.The widely used refrigeration cycles in small and medium-sized commercial refrigeration equipment are summarized and then the overall trend of refrigerant substitution in this field is analyzed.Natural refrigerants(such as R290,R600a and R744) can be used to replace the high GWP refrigerants facing reduction.Based on this,the thermodynamic performance of refrigerant cycles in the filed of small and medium-sized commercial refrigeration are theoretically analyzed.The cycle performance of single refrigerant above-40 ℃ in VRC,IVRC and EVRC is compared,and the cycle performance of mixed refrigerants below-40 ℃ in IVRC,ARC and CRC is compared.The refrigerants that are preferred for the corresponding temperature zones are selected,and the calculated results will provide theoretical references for the replacement of refrigerants in the field of small and medium-sized commercial refrigeration.
