摘要
现代肉类细胞阻抗谱检测技术是肉类细胞活性检测中一项新兴技术。该文通过对猪肉细胞组织进行分析,设计并仿真猪肉细胞阻抗谱检测电极,并用光刻技术进行电极的制作。向电极输入不同频率的激励来测试细胞阻抗谱,通过阻抗谱和猪肉的贮藏时间分析关联性,从而构建一个快速猪肉细胞新鲜度检测系统。同时,为增加便携式猪肉细胞检测设备的实用性,基于EIS技术对便携式设备的电池电化学阻抗谱中提取获得有关电池内部反应的信息,分析所得到的阻抗与频率之间的关系,揭示电池的各种性能参数,从而进行电池优化。
Modern meat cell impedance spectroscopy is a new technology in meat cell activity detection.In this paper,based on the analysis of pork cell tissue,the pork cell impedance spectrum detection electrode was designed and simulated,and the electrode was made by lithography technology.The cell impedance spectrum was tested by inputting different frequencies of excitation to the electrode,and a rapid pork cell freshness detection system was constructed by analyzing the correlation between impedance spectrum and pork storage time.At the same time,in order to increase the practicability of the portable pork cell detection equipment,the information about the internal reaction of the battery was extracted from the battery electrochemical impedance spectroscopy of the portable equipment based on EIS technology,the relationship between impedance and frequency was analyzed,and various performance parameters of the battery were revealed for battery optimization.
