摘要 随着社会经济水平发展,人们越来越重视食品安全问题,高校师生的饮食安全问题更加多方关注。本文主要阐述了我国高等学校校园内生鲜产品供应链整体概况以及存在的主要问题;介绍了运用多种智慧物流技术,提高生鲜产品供应链效率、规范生鲜产品供应链主体,建立共享信息平台,整合资源、利用智慧物流技术优化高校内生鲜产品供应链各个环节。 With the development of social and economic level,people pay more attention to food safety issues,and the food safety of teachers and students in colleges and universities is more attention.This paper mainly describes the overallview of fresh products in college campuses in China and the main problems that exist;it introduces the use of a variety of smart logistics technology to improve the efficiency of the fresh products supply chain,standardise the main body of the supply chain of fresh products,set up a shared information platform,integrate the resources,and optimise the supply chain of fresh products in the colleges and universities using smart logistics technology in all aspects.
