摘要
目的 分析慢性心力衰竭患者应用酒石酸美托洛尔治疗前后N末端B型利钠肽前体(NT-pro BNP)的变化。方法 选取112例本院收治的慢性心力衰竭患者为对象展开研究,入院时间为2022年5月至2023年5月,所有患者通过交替分组法划分成两组,在临床中56例参照组患者使用常规药物治疗,剩余56例试验组患者同时使用酒石酸美托洛尔进行治疗,对比临床疗效和治疗前后的NT-proBNP水平、心功能指标变化。结果 治疗后,试验组患者治疗后的NT-proBNP水平低于治疗前,同时低于参照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组患者比参照组的LVEF更高,比参照组的LVSAD和LVEDD更底(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者心率、收缩压、舒张压均下降,但试验组水平更低(P<0.05)。试验组患者总有效率为94.64%,低于参照组的80.36%(P<0.05)。试验组有5.36%的患者发生药物不良反应,参照组则为1.79%,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 慢性心力衰竭患者在临床治疗中应用酒石酸美托洛尔,有助于下调NT-proBNP水平,改善心功能。
Objective To analyze the changes of NT-proBNP in patients with chronic heart failure before and after metoprolol treatment.Methods A total of 112 patients with chronic heart failure admitted to our hospital were selected as the research objects,and the admission time was from May 2022 to May 2023.All patients were divided into two groups by alternate group method.The clinical efficacy,NT-proBNP level and cardiac function before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of NT-proBNP in the experimental group patients after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment,and also significantly lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,the LVEF of the experimental group patients was higher than that of the reference group,and the LVSAD and LVEDD were smaller than those of the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment for chronic heart failure,heart rate,systolic blood pressure,and diastolic blood pressure decreased in both groups,but the experimental group had lower levels of indicators(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was 94.64%,which was lower than 80.36%of the reference group(P<0.05).5.36%of patients in the experimental group experienced adverse drug reactions,while the reference group had 1.79%,with no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusions The use of metoprolol in clinical treatment for patients with chronic heart failure can help downregulate NT-proBNP levels,improve heart function.
