摘要
针对工业级3D打印高端装备,对工业级FDM打印机机架结构进行了有限元分析和优化设计。利用ABAQUS软件对机架进行静力学分析和模态分析,在此基础上结合拓扑优化方法对机架结构进行改进。新机架结构整体刚度提高,振动优化效果显著,使大型机架结构的综合静态和动态性能得到改善,可为后续工业级装备的机架设计提供参考。
Aiming at the high-end equipment of industrial grade 3D printing,the finite element analysis and optimization design of the frame structure of industrial grade FDM printer are performed.The static and modal analysis of the frame structure are studied by using ABAQUS software,and then the structure is improved by topology optimization method.The new frame structure improves the overall stiffness,and the vibration optimization effect is remarkable,which improves the comprehensive static and dynamic performance of large frame structure,and provides reference for the frame design of industrial grade equipment in the future.
