摘要
本文基于厦门市同安区农村生活污水治理工程实践情况,针对农村基础设施建设不到位、排水设施建设质量参差不齐、排水管网不完善等特点,梳理出农村生活污水治理过程中存在的改造方案不完善、施工质量参差不齐、改造后出现反复等问题,提出设计、施工及管理要点:以问题为导向,一村一策,制定合理可行的改造方案;选择可靠的施工团队,严格把控施工质量,加强各方协调;建立完善可靠的运维管理体系,培养村民排水观念,将排水管理落实到户。旨在为农村生活污水治理工程提供参考。
This paper based on the practice of rural domestic sewage treatment project in Tongan District of Xiamen City,aiming at the characteristics of inadequate rural infrastructure construction,uneven construction quality of drainage facilities,and imperfect drainage pipe network,this paper sorted out the problems existing in the process of rural domestic sewage treatment such as imperfect transformation plan,uneven construction quality,and repeated after transformation,and proposed the key points of design,construction and management:Problem-oriented,one village,one policy,formulate a reasonable and feasible transformation plan;Select a reliable construction team,strictly control the construction quality,and strengthen the coordination of all parties;Establish a sound and reliable operation and maintenance management system,cultivate villagers’drainage concept,and implement drainage management to households.The purpose is to provide reference for rural domestic sewage treatment projects.
