摘要
预制装配式住宅建筑是一种有别于传统建造的建设工程建造方式,是将预制厂中提前生产的预制构件通过运输、吊装的方式在施工现场进行连接安装,突出施工技术和方法的革新。新颖预制装配式住宅建筑不但减少了人工作业和现场作业的时间和经济成本,而且结合数字化技术,还推动了住宅建筑行业朝着现代化、智能化和绿色化的可持续性发展方向前进,打开了住宅建筑未来的增长空间。文章将结合工作经验,从多个方面详细探讨新颖预制装配式住宅建筑施工技术的应用要点。
Prefabricated residential building is a construction engineering construction method different from the traditional construction.It is the connection and installation of prefabricated components produced in advance in the prefabrication plant at the construction site by means of transportation and hoisting,highlighting the innovation of construction technology and methods.The new prefabricated residential buildings not only reduce the time and economic cost of manual operation and on-site operation,but also promote the residential construction industry to move forward in the direction of modernization,intelligence and green sustainable development combined with digital technology,opening up the future growth space of residential buildings.Combined with work experience,this paper will discuss the application points of the new prefabricated residential building construction technology in detail from many aspects.
