摘要
研究艾司氯氨酮+髂筋膜阻滞在髋部手术中的麻醉效果。选取2022年6月—2022年12月惠州市第六人民医院收治的60例髋部手术患者为研究对象,通过随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=30,接受常规阿片类药物麻醉)和观察组(n=30,接受艾司氯氨酮麻醉),且两组均接受髂筋膜阻滞。比较各组髂筋膜阻滞不同时段平均动脉压(MAP)、心率(HR)、血氧饱和度(SpO_(2))指标水平;升压药使用量;手术后不同时段疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)评分;术后并发症发生率。研究发现,艾司氯氨酮能够较好地控制髂筋膜阻滞后髋部手术患者MAP、HR等重要生理指标,且艾司氯氨酮对于重要生理指标的控制时间更长,患者产生呼吸循环抑制的风险更低,升压药物用量被大幅减少,术后镇痛效果被显著延长,患者并发症发生率明显下降。
Study the anesthesia effect of eschloramine combined with iliac fascia block in hip surgery.Sixty patients undergoing hip surgery admitted to the Sixth People’s Hospital of Huizhou City from June 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group(n=30,receiving conventional opioid anesthesia)and an observation group(n=30,receiving esclosamide anesthesia)using a random number table method,and both groups received iliac fascia block.Compare the average arterial pressure(MAP),heart rate(HR),and blood oxygen saturation(SpO_(2))levels of different groups during different periods of iliac fascia block;Dosage of vasopressor medication used;Visual Analog Scale(VAS)scores for pain at different stages after surgery;The incidence of postoperative complications.Research has found that esclosamide can effectively control important physiological indicators such as MAP and HR in patients undergoing hip surgery after iliac fascia block.Moreover,esclosamide has a longer control time for these important physiological indicators,resulting in a lower risk of respiratory and circulatory suppression in patients.The dosage of vasopressor drugs is significantly reduced,the postoperative analgesic effect is significantly prolonged,and the incidence of complications in patients is significantly reduced.
